Trainees receive special support and are encouraged to develop and refine their educational skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

With a specialized approach for international, bilingual families, we promote both English and German language development and build intercultural competence for global education. We provide an inclusive environment where children of different origins and abilities learn and grow together. Through our City-Country Concept, including two full-day forest days each week, we combine urban learning with close-to-nature exploration.
